Orders

Where's my order?

Once an order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email with shipping information and a tracking number. If you don't receive a notification, please check your junk/spam folders or confirm the contact information for the order is correct.

How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel an order, please immediately email info@venturesendurance.com. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

Once an order has been submitted, its contents cannot be modified. Please be sure to input the correct address, email, payment method, and item selections. We cannot change the colors, styles or sizes of your selections once the order has been confirmed. A new order must be placed with any changes to contact information or product preferences.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unwornunused and in its original packaging with tags included (if applicable). Gift cards are nonreturnable or refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.

ANY PRODUCT THAT IS MARKED AS CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Although Ventures Endurance Online Store does not charge additional fees for restocking or processing, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return or exchange an item, unless otherwise waived by the Ventures Endurance team. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund. 

Once your return is received, an email will be sent to notify you the item(s) are under review. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks (5-15 business days) for your return to process into our systems. If the return is approved, a notification will be sent that a refund was processed.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment within 10 business days. If you have yet to receive the refund within that timeframe, contact your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund after contacting your bank or credit card provider, please email info@venturesendurance.com.

Ventures Endurance monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Can I exchange my size?

Exchanges are available for online purchases of regularly priced items (inventory limitations may apply). If a different size or color is desired, please reference our return policy and contact info@venturesendurance.com. Further instructions will be provided once contacted. 

If you would like to return a gift, it is required that you provide the original order number for the online purchase. If the size or color is unavailable, a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Exchanges and store credit are not available for gift returns.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We will gladly assist you with a return or exchange of any item purchased on the Ventures Endurance Online Store website if it arrives damaged or defective (inventory limitations may apply).

We may require you to send images of the damage or further information to document the issue. Please contact info@venturesendurance.com with "Online Store Product Damage/Defect" in the header and your order number to submit a claim. We are not able to accept damaged or defective goods until a claim has been submitted.

Further instructions will be provided after we have received the claim. Replacements for damaged goods are at the discretion of Ventures Endurance Online Store.

Shipping

How long do orders usually take to ship?

Typically, we process and ship orders within 5-7 business days. This timeframe may be extended during promotional periods or holidays.

Regular order fulfillment hours are 9am - 5 pm CST, Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). We ship from Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day (excluding holidays).

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United States. 

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping includes several factors such as weight, location, and postal carrier. Shipping cost will automatically be reflected at checkout. Free shipping is currently available if the order subtotal is greater than $65.

Product & Event Info

What size am I?

Please refer to sizing guides available on individual product pages and read the descriptions for any feedback on the specific item.

If an item does not currently have a sizing guide available, please reach out via chat box or email info@venturesendurance.com with "Online Store Product Size" as the header so we can provide you with any product measurement needs.

If a product is unavailable or out of stock online, where can I find it?

Our products are sometimes always on the move from one event to the next and may not be available right away. Items may be stocked in the near future, especially after an event finish, so we encourage you to bookmark or check the product page frequently for updates.

Will a specific item be available for purchase at an event?

It is highly likely any items marked as "New Arrival" will be available, but we cannot guarantee all our products online will be stocked as merchandise at an event.

We are happy to confirm if a specific product will be available through our chat box or via email info@venturesendurance.com. We encourage you to arrive as early as possible at an event expo or race day to ensure sizing or style is in stock. Reservation of products is not currently available.

Will my purchase arrive before an event?

We cannot guarantee an online purchase will arrive before your scheduled event due to shipping or carrier delays, but usually orders placed within 2-3 weeks before an event is an appropriate timeframe to process and ship an order.

We encourage you to check your order status via email confirmation and contact us if there is any concern regarding the delivery of your order.
