Processing & Shipping

Processing time for orders shipping with ground shipping is 5-7 business days (due to shipping delays). Shipping and processing times may be extended during promotional periods or holidays.

To cancel an order or change shipping information, please immediately contact info@venturesendurance.com. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

Regular order fulfillment hours are 9 am to 5 pm CST, Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). We ship from our distribution center in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day (excluding holidays).

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the returned item(s) will be received.
